With the dedication of the promoters who are experts in in Tool and Die industry for over 20 years, we have been able to receive the accolades of our customers. Our facility located in Bommasandra, Bangalore has enabled to serve our customers efficiently. We are doing all kind of manufacturing for Precision machined Component, Jigs, Fixtures & Injection Moulds and component production for injection moulds
We take up all precision machining jobs for CNC milling and CNC turning operations.
We assemble plastic injection molds and press tools, either as full assemblies or die sets.
We take up jobs including special process like Heat treatments (Hardening, Annealing, tempering etc.) and surface coating (Passivation, ENP Coating, Zinc plating, Teflon coating etc.). QEPL is associated with many external experts to support in doing these special process.
We handle jobs from raw material to finished product, including machining, heat treatment, surface coating inspection, assembly, and prove-out.
Assembled and delivered several plastic injection moulds for the automotive and medical industries.
